1. Is your website legit and safe to order?

Yes. Our website is legit and has already received many compliments from our lovely angels.
We truly hope that you can give us a chance to prove ourselves!
As all the business has good and bad reputations, we're not that perfect but we will do our best to solve the imperfections and move on for more possibilities of beauty.

2. Must I need to register an account to place an order?

It's depend on you.
If you have an account, it is easier for you to check the order history and other details.
Or if you just want to have a try on the clothes, you can place an order freely.

 

3. Where can I check find size & fit advice?

Click the clothes you like and the Size is below the ""colour"" option.
Our products are true to size. You can check the measurements of the bust, waist, hip and length in the size chart before your purchase.
If you are not sure about your size, please contact us with your weight and height via support@iflygirl.com.

 

4. When do it start to ship?

For in stock product, we will process the order within 5 Days and the package will be sent out ASAP.

Note: Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. Occasionally, items may be out of stock due to its popularity or other reasons. Unfortunately, you will be sent a coupon which worth twice the original price, or you can choose a full refund as well, please feel free to contact our service team for details.

 

5. When can I expect to receive my items?

For in stock product, normally it will be sent to your door within 2 weeks~1 month since it comes from China or Southeast Asia.
Note: Pre order may take longer time as 3 weeks~1 months due to its long-term production period (sophisticated design and special cloths)

6. Why do I need to waite for multiple parcels within one order?

Our factories are located in China and Southeast Asia.
In order to deliever the package to you ASAP, we will pack it directly from the factory and deliver. Therefore the clothes might come from different factories and the package would be sent out seperately.

 

7. Can I make an exchange?

Sorry for the inconvenience, we currently do not offer exchanges. However, we will advance this part as soon as possible. Stay tuned.
